We encourage you to conduct interviews in-house if the alternative is not doing them at all! In our experience, team members are more likely to feel comfortable opening up and telling stories if they’re talking to a third-party and not a coworker.
AI can do amazing things, which is one of the reasons we’re in this business. But it can’t build a connection with people the way people can.
